Version: v1.0
Effective date: 31.01.2026

1. Purpose and scope

1.1. This Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, how we use them on the E-Bilet website/apps, what information we collect through them, for what purposes and on what legal bases, to whom we disclose it, and how you can manage your options.

1.2. The Policy applies to all visitors and users of the platform, regardless of device (desktop, mobile, app). It complements the Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

2.1. “Cookies” are small text files placed on your device by the site you visit. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, in-app SDKs, beacons/pixel tags, device identifiers.

3. Who sets the cookies

3.1. First-party: set by E-Bilet.

3.2. Third-party: set by third parties (e.g., security, payment, analytics, or marketing providers).

4. Legal bases

4.1. Necessary: legitimate interest (functioning, security, abuse prevention).

4.2. Preferences/Functional, Statistics/Analytics, Marketing/Profiling: consent via banner/preferences centre. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

5. What we collect via cookies

5.1. Online identifiers (cookie ID, device ID, User-Agent, IP/approximate geo).

5.2. Usage events (pages visited, clicks, scroll, time on page, errors).

5.3. Technical data (resolution, language, time zone, performance/loading).

6. Categories of cookies we use

6.1. Necessary: provide core functionality (navigation, authentication, security, cart/checkout, consent management). Without them the site will not function properly.

6.2. Preferences/Functional: remember options (language, UI settings).

6.3. Statistics/Analytics: measure audience and performance to improve services.

6.4. Marketing/Profiling: personalise content/offers, measure conversions, build audiences (used only with your consent).

7. Managing consent

7.1. On your first visit we display a consent banner. You can accept all categories, reject non-essential ones, or choose granularly.

7.2. You can change your preferences at any time via the “Cookies settings” link available in the site footer.

8. Third parties involved

8.1. As of this date, the platform uses only necessary cookies; we do not use analytics or marketing cookies without your prior consent. If we introduce such services, we will inform you in advance via the banner.

9. International transfers

9.1. If a third party transfers data outside Moldova/EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).

10. Storage periods

10.1. Session cookies: deleted when the browser is closed.

10.2. Persistent cookies: retained for the period declared in the banner/“Cookies settings”.

10.3. Consent preference log: retained for the period necessary under the law (generally up to 24 months).

11. Security

11.1. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (TLS, segmentation, CSP rules, periodic tag audits). E-Bilet does not store complete card numbers.

12. Do Not Track and similar signals

12.1. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals in a uniform manner; instead we rely on the explicit consent mechanism described in this Policy.

13. Your rights
